Circuits

55 minutes of strengthening and calorie burning in every session. 
A complete body workout.

Dance/Salsa aerobics

A fun class with a mix of high and low impact dance moves.
Excellent cardio-vascular fitness and fat burning.

Fitball

This uses giant inflatable balls to help develop core muscles further. 
All abilities welcome.

A great cardio-vascular workout whilst learning fun routines.  This class proves that exercise really can be fun!

Legs, Bums and Tums

This is a medium impact class that uses different aerobic and resistance moves to help with general fitness and flexibility.  The perfect starting point for anyone who would like to start classes for the first time.

Pilates

This class uses relaxing moves which will improve functional and core strength to help improve mobility and flexibility.  All abilities welcome.

Purely Step

This is Step for beginners and intermediates and uses a slower pace and basic moves in a simple routine to make this the perfect start for fans of step.

Step

This is great for fat burning and general fitness.  With fun routines you’ll be stepping your way to fitness before you know it!

Technogym Classes

A circuit based around our Technogym equipment for our GP Referral members or those who would like to develop their movement.
Induction and membership required.

Weights Workout

This class is designed for toning up your muscles using hand held weights.
Suitable for beginners.

Core Stability

This class is designed for toning up your core muscles using a variety of different excercises. All abilities welcome.

 

The prices below are for Members.
For non-members there is an additional charge of £1.60 Adult and £1.50 Concessions Junior £1.30
All fitness classes are covered by Elite membership except Latin American Dance.
