Corporate membership has been created incentivise local, small businesses and companies to become members of Chanctonbury Sports & Leisure. Companies are recognising that encouraging a healthier lifestyle for their employees can lead to increased motivation and productivity and ultimately a more profitable workforce.
By 2010 it is predicted that one in four people will not fit into a standard office chair and given the effect of obesity on health and absence rates, it is in the employers' interests to make staff health a priority.
Corporate Membership is available to companies or organisations with a minimum of 5 people joining at the same time. The membership can either be invoiced monthly to the company, or each individual can take responsibility for their own payments from their bank accounts by the usual Direct Debit method.
There are two membership options:
Option 1) No joining or induction fee and a reduced monthly payment
for unlimited use of the Fitness Gym & Aerobics classes.
(Minimum term is 4 months)
Option 2) No joining or induction fee and a reduced monthly payment
for unlimited use of the Fitness Gym & Aerobics classes.
(Minimum term is 12 months)

Individual membership (min 4 month term) £28.80 p.c.m saving 20%
Joint membership (min. 4 month term) £51.84 p.c.m.

Individual membership (min 12 month term) £25.20 p.c.m. saving 30%
Joint membership (min 12 month term) £45.36 p.c.m. saving 30%

Terms & Conditions.
Joint membership is only available to people residing at the same address. This can include husband/wife, partners or other family members.
Payment must be received from one bank account for joint membership reductions.
If the total Corporate Membership becomes fewer than 5 people at any time, then all other individuals will be charged the full rate of £36.00.
All New corporate Members must, by law, arrange for induction training, before using the gym.
Procedures
Applications and Direct Debit forms can be obtained from Chanctonbury Sports & Leisure.
There are 2 ways to obtain membership:
Option 1
The forms can be obtained by the company, copied and passed out to the employees. Each employee can complete them in his/her own time and send them to the Centre. As soon as 5 members have submitted the completed forms, Corporate Membership will be activated.
Option 2
The Company can arrange for the forms for at least 5 employees/partners to be completed and submitted to Chanctonbury Sports £ Leisure. Corporate Membership will be initiated upon receipt.
Direct Debit Guide & Conditions
Payment is taken during the first week of each month.
Chanctonbury Sports & Leisure should be advised, in writing, of any request for cancellation; at least 10 days before the end of the month.
Written notification is required for any amendments to bank details, or membership type.
Refunds or credits will not be given for lack of use of the facilities at the centre.
