*RYAN DANCE ACADEMY*

Starting Friday 3rd September, Wayne and Gaynor will be running a beginner and improver group class for Ballroom Dancing. Come along at 7.45pm for an 8pm and start learning the moves to many popular dances. Taught by teachers with 20 years dancing experience. To see more information please click here.

*SATURDAY BODY PUMP*

Due to popular demand, Saturdays Body Pump between 9.15 and 10.15 is being changed to a Body Combat Class. This change will be in affect as of Saturday 14th August.

*BODY COMBAT AND BODY PUMP CLASSES*

BODYCOMBAT is a great class which is based around a non combat martial arts fitness programme. Each 55 minute class is choreographed to 10 music tracks providing an exhilarating exercise experience that delievers ultra fast fitness results for more information see here.

BODYPUMP is the fastest way to shape and lose body fat. This toning and conditiong class with weights is for anyone who wants to add strength training to their aerobic workout. Using a step platform, a bar and a set of weights. Hot sounds and compelling choreography keep you going through each 45 - 60 minute workout. For more information please see here.
